To cancel an order, please fill out our Cancellation Request form.
Cancelled orders are eligible for a full refund (price of the item(s) + shipping).
Orders are eligible for cancellation up until the order is marked as "shipped." To help ensure your order is cancelled and fully refunded, please fill out our Cancellation Request form as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.
Once a label has been printed, we are unable to cancel your order. Processing has been completed even if it has not left our facility at the time we receive your request.
We are not responsible for return fees for orders that cannot be cancelled due to already being prepared for shipment.
