Pre-orders and Backorders - A pre-order or backorder allows a customer to purchase an item before it’s produced or available to ship. You will be charged for these items at the time of purchase.
Please see individual product pages for specific shipping timeframes on your item. If your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, it will ship once all items in the order are produced and ready to ship. If you want a ready item to ship immediately, you will need to place a separate order that does not contain a pre-order or backorder item. Shipping estimates are subject to change. If there is a delay on a specific product or release, we will do our best to notify you via email.
Please note: Pre-ordering an album does not necessarily mean you'll receive it before the rest of the world. There are many instances where an album may be delivered after the release date.
Promotions - Promotional items and giveaways are not guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last. Please note: replacements for promotional items are not guaranteed and they are not subject to reimbursement.
Discount Codes - Discount codes are specific to the offering store. All codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous or existing orders.
Sizing - Most items contain a size chart on the product page. Apparel is not measured for 100% accuracy and sizing may vary. We typically factor in a plus/minus of around one inch to the measurements to account for variations in production. Replacements or refunds will not be issued for items containing reasonable variance.
Digital Downloads - If you have made a purchase that includes an instant download, you will be able to retrieve the file on your order confirmation screen and via a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You will have up to 30 days to download the file(s) before the link expires, and three attempts to retrieve the file(s).
Digital downloads are only available in MP3 format. Digital downloads need to be downloaded on a PC. They will not be accessible on mobile devices.
