Live event sales directly from the band are not associated with the online store and, unfortunately, those sales are all final. We will not be able to assist with any purchases from a live event.
Tour merchandise purchased at live events is not associated with online inventory and we cannot accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds/replacements for these items.
