We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return guidelines
Before submitting your request, please review the following:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and may not be worn, washed, or altered.
- Media items (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, etc.) must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for return.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service. In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.
- Items sold as blemished or “as-is” may include cosmetic damage (such as seam splits, bends, creases, or torn covers). These items are final sale unless the disc itself is unplayable, in which case a claim would need to be filed.
- Some sale or discounted items are not eligible for return. If so, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or item, you can return the original item, and a new order will need to be placed.
