**Please note that USPS is experiencing extreme delays due to high volume and inclement weather. Many tracking links are not showing the initial acceptance scan and are not updating until the package is out for delivery. Please allow additional time for your tracking to update.**
Domestic Shipping:
Our domestic shipping options currently include the United States Postal Service (USPS First Class, Priority, Media Mail*) and FedEx (Ground Home, Express Saver, Standard Overnight, Smartpost). Tracking is available for all of these methods and you'll receive tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment (after our 5-8 business day processing time unless otherwise specified).
*Keep in mind that USPS Media Mail is a less expensive option that takes 5-8 business days to arrive. Due to extended transit times, there are greater risks for your item(s) to be damaged and/or delayed. Media shipments will not be considered damaged unless the playability is affected. Refunds will not be given for minor dents, seam splits, or corner damages. We strongly encourage you to use caution when ordering as we are not responsible for what happens once your order leaves our warehouse.
*PLEASE NOTE: Transit times are referred to as the time it takes once the carrier is in possession of your package and does not include the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
POSTER ORDERS: Posters often move more slowly through the system and tracking does not update as frequently as regular packages. This order has shipped and tracking will update once it is scanned at the next destination. For this reason, we are unable to declare a poster order as lost until 45 days have passed since the last tracking update.
FOR CANADA ORDERS: The postal strike has ended and Canada Post has advised that they will start working through the mail that has been stuck in the system since the strike began on November 15th, 2024. However, mail will be processed on a first-in/first-out basis, meaning that the earlier your package was received by them, the sooner your package will be processed. This also means that if your package was shipped later in the strike, it will take longer to receive your package. Customers should expect delays throughout the rest of 2024 and into January 2025. Due to the current circumstances, we are unable to provide an estimate of when your package will arrive. Please see Canada Post's statement regarding the strike HERE. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds for packages that have shipped and are in transit that are impacted by the strike.
International Shipping:
We offer (3) options for International shipping:
- UPS Budget International Shipping - tracking is available but is less detailed and precise than the expedited options below
- FedEx International Economy (typically arrives 4-6 business days after processing)
- FedEx International Priority (typically arrives 1-3 business days after processing)
Please note that on average it takes 2-4 weeks for international shipments to arrive via UPS Budget International. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely your responsibility.
DISCLAIMER: Merchtable is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products that occur during transit. Published transit estimates do not include our 5-8 business day processing time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
