**Please note that USPS is experiencing extreme delays due to high volume and inclement weather. Many tracking links are not showing the initial acceptance scan and are not updating until the package is out for delivery. Please allow additional time for your tracking to update.**
Current order processing times are 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Once you confirm your order, it will go into our picking queue where a member of our team will get your order ready prior to shipping. If an item is on pre-order, it may be much longer than 5-8 days until it ships. The entire order won't ship until the pre-order is released.
All orders are shipped out in the same order they were received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time does not include the time an item spends on backorder or pre-order (click the links for more info on backorders and pre-orders).
Processing is different from In-Transit.
- Processing is when an item is still in our warehouse, either on the shelf or in the process of being picked and packed.
- In-Transit is when an item is in a package and in the hands of a mail carrier.
Transit time will not affect processing time. Choosing 2-day or Priority shipping will not expedite the processing of your order.
FOR CANADA ORDERS: The postal strike has ended and Canada Post has advised that they will start working through the mail that has been stuck in the system since the strike began on November 15th, 2024. However, mail will be processed on a first-in/first-out basis, meaning that the earlier your package was received by them, the sooner your package will be processed. This also means that if your package was shipped later in the strike, it will take longer to receive your package. Customers should expect delays throughout the rest of 2024 and into January 2025. Due to the current circumstances, we are unable to provide an estimate of when your package will arrive. Please see Canada Post's statement regarding the strike HERE. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds for packages that have shipped and are in transit that are impacted by the strike.
When placing an order for Birthday/Holiday gifts or other time sensitive events, we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure it is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
